With over a decade of experience in guiding and teaching English, I've been dedicated to curating memorable adventures for tourists in western Mongolia since 2010. During this time, I have led diverse groups of over 400 travelers on exciting excursions, ranging from horseback riding to off-road jeep adventures, exploring the unique cultures of the Kazakh, Tuva, and Uriankhai nomadic people.
Notably, I had the privilege of collaborating with 'Sunskye Films' and 'Kah-Wai Lin documentary film' teams from the United States in 2023. Together, we produced the documentary 'Golden Skies,' showcasing the breathtaking beauty and rich cultural heritage of Bayan-Ölgii. Local eagle hunter's
Shaimurat Askhabil, a 59-year-old legendary Kazakh eagle hunter and a herder living in a nomadic lifestyle in Western Mongolia. He has been practicing eagle hunting for 21 years. He hunts about 15 foxes in every winter and use them to make hat. He also hunts marmot in the winter and rabbits in the summer. He hunted 3 wolves in the past. He said it is not easy to hunt wolves with eagle because of the size, usually it is the effort of 2 to 3 eagles! Shaimurat is one of the most skillful and experienced “Berkutchi” or competitive eagle hunters, and he won multiple awards in Golden Eagle Festivals, include 4 gold medals in Bayan-Ulgii, 2 gold medals in Ulanbaatar, and 1 in Khos-Agash, Russia. He also won multiple medals in horse racing.

Hello, I'm Dauyrjan Khuanysh, the manager and founder of Eagle Sky Tour LLC. Since 2018, I've been dedicated to curating memorable journeys through the beautiful landscapes of western Mongolia.
Our experiences range from serene nature explorations and adventurous hikes to road trips with well-equipped vehicles. Over the years, we've had the pleasure of hosting diverse groups of up to 20 travelers, introducing them to the unique cultures of Kazakh, Tuva, and Uriankhai nomads in the western Mongolian territories.
In 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to contribute as a producer to the creation of a documentary titled 'Golden Skies.' This film captures the stunning landscapes and cultural richness of Bayan-Ölgii in western Mongolia. It was a collaborative effort, and I'm proud to have played a role as a local cordinator.
